We attempt to have all of our stuffed animals in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most smaller packages will ship out via priority mail or first class and should arrive within a week. Larger items will usually ship via Fed Ex and could take from 3-7 days to arrive. Shipping charges will be added to each order. Express orders for larger packages and international orders may incur charges over and above that which shows up on the invoice.

You can see the specific shipping / handling charges in the order section. We can do international orders but extra shipping charges may need to be added to your credit card at time of shipment. We can also do express mail and Fed-ex 2-day shipments. We try get express orders out the same day the order is placed, if it is ordered before noon pacific coast time. We can overnight orders if the order is placed early enough in the day. Overnight shipments will have additional costs which will be added to your card at time of shipment.

RETURN POLICY: Returns will be accepted and refunds given for the cost of the item less shipping charges at our discretion. Returns must be made within ten days after receipt of order. A copy of the original order form must be included with returned item.

Express Shipping

We can express ship for an additional $19.95 charge. This charge covers most smaller and medium sized packages. Larger sized items may incur additional express shipping charges which we will add to your bill after shipping. Keep in mind very large items can run over $100 for express shipping. We will ship via Fed Ex express saver or 2-day shipping unless specifically requested for overnight. Keep in mind that fed ex does not count weekends so let us know if you have a specific deadline for arrival time. All overnight shipping will incur additional charges. Express packages are generally boxed up the day of order and shipped out the same day (only if ordered before noon pacific coast time). Orders placed in the afternoon (west coast time) may not be processed until the next day. If you have an urgent timeline you need to let us know in the comments section of the order form.

International Shipping Policies

We can ship to international destinations. Most shipments will ship via US air mail which takes about 2 weeks to most countries, but can take up to three weeks. There are size restrictions so some of the larger items will not be able to ship. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the postal system or customs from other countries and on occasion packages will get held up for longer than 2 weeks. We have no control over this and can make no guarantees for intl. shipments. We can also ship express intl. which takes about one week but again we make no guarantees. We are at the mercy of foreign shipping policies and customs and the customer is assuming this risk when placing the order. Some countries may also have duty or taxes which are not covered in our shipping charges.
