Welcome to the Under the Sea page of the Marine Section of This Place is a Zoo! on this page you will find many types of Ocean Life and Sea Dwelling Creatures. This page features a nice variety of Stuffed Sharks, Sea Turtles, a Giant Octopus, Manatees and even some Tropical Fish.

	Plush Horseshoe Crab Here is a unique and hard to find plush horseshoe crab. The horseshoe crab is so named for its appearance which looks like a horse hoof. 	Stuffed Seahorse The seahorse is a very interesting and unusual animal. The name seahorse comes from the greek word hippocampus. Hippo meaning 'horse' and campus meaning 'sea monster'. There are many different species of seahorses. Most seahorses are found in warm coastal areas of the world. The seahorse is quite good at its ability to camouflage itself.
